Selling at Dubai Flea Markets

Dubai Flea Market is a second hand market where private individuals with non commercial intention selling everything used, from household items, home appliances, furniture, textile, ceramics, electrical equipment, toys, games, books, DVD's, clothes, antiques, accessories etc. and handcrafts.

Please note: At Dubai Flea Market you can sell second hand & handcraft items only!  Selling fake or new items at Dubai Flea Market is stricktly prohibited.


Who can sell?

Private individuals with non commercial intention are allowed to sell everything used or handcrafts.

 

How much is a stand?

Al SAFA PARK:

Stand / Participation fee:  AED 270

UPTOWN MIRDIFF:

Stand / Participation fee: AED 250

IBN Battuta:

Stand / Participation fee: AED 250

How to book and pay your stand:

Book your stand online and choose out of 2 payment  options

All booked stands has to be paid upfront:

You have the option to pay per credit/debit card online or use our NEW CASH PICK UP SERICE via CashEx (just register and we will pick up your fees from anywhere you like prior the event)

 

How to pay for your stand:

You can choose: Option 1 "Register online & Pay online" or Option 2 "Register online & Pay upront via our CashEx pick up service" .

OPTION 1:

"Register online & Pay online per credit/debit card"

Pay online and show your payment receipt at the registration desk upon arrival to receive your 3 free exhibitor badges (for Safa Park only) and your table receipt.

Online payment refund policy:

Refund only for cancelations within 72h prior the flea market:

Al Safa Park: 270dhs participation fee = 170dhs refund

Uptown Mirdiff : 250dhs participation fee = 150dhs refund

IBN Battuta: 250dhs participation fee = 150dhs refund

Cancelations after 72h prior the event will not be applicant.

Cancelation refund only possible at one of our flea markets on the registration desk!

 

OPTION 2:

"Register online & Pay per CashEx Pick up service"

Book your stand online by submitting the CashEx form which requires your location where you want us to pick up the fees per CashEx courier within 72h after you sumbitted your booking form. If we are not able to  collect the payment within 72 h from the day of submitting, your booking will be automatically canceled!

HOW IT WORKS- 5 EASY STEPS:

1. ENTER YOUR DETAILS, SUBMIT

2. YOU WILL RECEIVE IMMEDIATELY A SMS FROM CashU WITH A CODE

3. ENTER THE CODE IN THE REDIRECTED PAYMENT WEBSITE

4. THEN SUBMIT AGAIN. !YOUR ARE DONE!

5. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE THE COLLECTION!

When to set up your stand:

Night FLEA MARKET at Al Safa Park

Stand set up: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Please note that your stand should be ready by 7pm!

 

Outdoor Season:

UPTOWN Mirdiff stand set up: 12:00pm-2pm

Please note that your stand should be ready by 2pm!

IBN Battuta stand set up: 11:00am-1:00pm

Please note thath your stand should be ready by 1pm!


What does a Stand Package include:

1 table

2 chairs

3 Exhibitor wristbands (for Al Safa Park Entry)

IMPORTANT FOR SAFA PARK: The amount of  people allowed on 1 stand it is restricted by Dubai Municipality to Only 3 people!!!

 

What about my table location:

"First comes, first serves"

 

How to bring your goods inside Al Safa Park:

Please park your car in front of Gate 5, there you will find the registration desk where you have to show your booking and receive your 3 wristbands and your table receipt.

 

How to bring your goods  to the Uptown Mirdiff Flea Market area:

Park your car in the basement parking of UPTOWN. Bring your goods up via escalator there you will find the stands already prepared. Please come to the registraion desk to show your booking and to receive your table receipt.

 

How to bring your goods to the IBN Battuta roof top tunisia car parking:

Drive inside the Tunisia car parking and take the ramp to the rooftop / P3 next to food court. The car parking has the big GEANT signboard on it!

Parking: You can park your car directly next to the flea market tables. So easy access for all Exhibitors!
