Event Information
For your safety please keep social distance , we are doing our best to fully adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures for the C-19. You are required to wear you mask during the event.
Stand set up timing: 04:00 pm - 06:00 pm
Flea Market timing: 06:00 pm - 10:00 pm
290.50 AED + 5% VAT = 305 AED participation fee
contains 1 table, 2 chairs & 1 gazebo or a shaded table location
Please note, in case your stand has a GAZEBO, we will remove it during sunset.
How does it works:
1. Stand fees of 290.50 AED + 5% VAT- register and pay online via your credit-or debit card.
2. We will send you a booking confirmation invoice per email to confirm your payment including additional vendor instructions.
3.When you arrive during the set up timing from 02:00 pm-04:00 pm, please park your car in front of the Main Entrance of Al Barsha Pond Park, unload and come to our registration desk in front of the Gate - show your stand booking confirmation, get your stand registration, go inside, choose a table you like and start setting up!
P.S: You are requested to kindly keep wearing your mask during the event.
