We are more than happy to announce that Dubai Flea Market is moving INDOORS to the DUBAI WORLD TRADE CENTER, HALL 4.

ON THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH FROM JUNE - SEPTEMBER 2022:

Stand set up timings:   08:00am - 11:00am

Flea Market timings:    11:00am - 06:00pm

Stand fees: 295,50 + 5% VAT = 310 AED

Stand: 1 table + a black table cover, 2 chairs

How does it works:

1. Stand fees 310AED / incl. 5% VAT- register and pay online via credit/debit card, please use Google Chrome.
2. We will send you a booking confirmation per email to confirm your payment including additional vendor instructions.
3. When you arrive during the set up timing from 08.00 am - 11.00 am, please come to DWTC Marshalling Yard (please enter it in google maps it will take you directly there), Marshalls will guide you to Hall 4 drop off area once you will arrive at the DWTC Marshalling Yard. Please unload your items as fast as possible with our self service trolleys, then park your car at the designated area, our team will guide you (free car parking walking distance 5-10min)

Please note, only 3 people are allowed on one table and to enter the Hall 4 during the set up timings.

Please show this booking confirmation on your device once you arrive at the registration desk located inside the Hall 4 (after accessing throught the Main Marshalling Yard)

THE SET UP WILL BE THROUGH the "DWTC Main Marshalling Yard" (please enter it in google maps for location map), providing direct unloading to HALL4, WHERE YOU CAN DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS AND ENTER THE HALL TO GET YOURSELF REGISTERED AT THE REGISTRATIONS DESK WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE HALL ENTRANCE ON THE RIGHT SIDE; TO BE ABLE TO CHOOSE YOUR TABLE.

Please note after unloading you have to take out your car immediately of the Marshalling Yard. Free car parking is available oposite the Exhibition Hall, 5min - 10min walking distance. We will provide the location map once you will arrive at the Marshalling Yard for drop off.

Registration desk will be located inside HALL 4 as soon as you arrive at the back entrance by the Main Marshalling area you will find it on the right side of the Hall entrance.

IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO LEAVE ANY BOXES OR GARBAGE AT YOUR STAND ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR SALES.

YOU HAVE TO RETURN YOUR STAND AS RECEIVED. THE ORGANIZER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING YOUR TRASH AND LEFTOVERS.
PLEASE TAKE ALL YOUR BOXES AND TRASH HOME TO RECYCLE. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT AT THE HALL.
