The participation fee includes:
One rectangular table
A table cover
Two chairs
A gazebo with light
Set up timings: 3.00pm – 4.30pm
Market timings: 4.30pm – 10.00pm
DUBAI FLEA MARKET IS A SECOND HAND MARKET FOR USED BELONGINGS TO BE SOLD!
PROHIBITED GOODS: SELLING FAKE ITEMS, COSMETICS AND PARFUMES.
If a vendor is selling the above mentioned goods, the stand will be closed without any refund.
IMPORTANT: Cancelations will be only accepted 48h prior the Flea Market date with the option of a refund minus 15Dhs or the option to shift to any of our upcoming Flea Markets. Non-shows will not be refunded. Last minute cancelations will not be accepted.
GAZEBO: Serves purely as a sunshade and to implement the lighting and cannot be used for hanging anykind of items.
The gazebo will be placed on each table if the weather conditions are mild and there is no wind due to safety.
SET UP SPACE:Items can be placed 0.50m to the right and left side of the stall and 1m in front in proper hard covered containers only.

REGISTRATION DESK: Located inside the Park on your left handside.
CAR PARKING: Park your car parking in front of the Park (limited car parking only available / paid RTA). If there is no car parking available, just stop your car in front of the Park, unload your items and park your car in the surrounded neightborhood, our team will guide you. After you parked your car, come to the registration desk inside the Park.

What to do once you arrive at the Park Entrance:
Park your car at the paid car parking in front of the North Park. Come to the registration desk inside the Par to get yourself registerd by receiving the table receipt.
After receiving the table receipt, enter Flea Market area and choose your table and stick the receipt on it.
Start unloading your items and set up. After setting up, we will guide you to another dedicated parking area.
