Stand set up timing: 02.30 pm - 04.00 pm
Flea Market timing: 04:00 pm - 10:00 pm
290.50 AED + 5% VAT = 305 AED participation fees

How does it works:
1. Stand fees of 290.50 AED + 5% VAT - register and pay online via credit/debit card.
Please note that only 2 vendors per table/stand are allowed to enter the Park during the set up timings from 02.30 pm-04.00 pm.
2. We will send you a booking confirmation invoice by email to confirm your payment including additional vendor's instructions.
3. When you arrive during the set up timing is from 2.30 pm-4.00 pm, come to Gate 2 there you will find our registration desks. Please show your booking confirmation on your mobile device. You will receive a table receipt which you have to place at your table which you have to choose by yourself inside the Park.
Registration desk will be located in front of Gate 2.
Car Parking: For the car parking you have to pay 10 AED to the Parking provider, but the good news, since it is paid parking, there is always availabiltiy so you won't have the trouble of not finding space!
Please arrive on time to make sure your stand is ready by 4:00 pm.
IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO LEAVE ANY BOXES OR GARBAGE AT YOUR STAND ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR SALES.
YOU HAVE TO RETURN YOUR STAND AS RECEIVED. THE ORGANIZER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING YOUR TRASH AND LEFTOVERS.
PLEASE TAKE ALL YOUR BOXES AND TRASH HOME TO RECYCLE. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT IN DUBAI PUBLIC PARKS

Location Information
Zabeel Night Flea Market takes place on the Second Saturday of each month from June - September 2022.
The Flea Market stand area reaches from Gate 1 on the walkway through Gate 2.
The registration desk is located in front of Gate 2.
Park your car in front of Gate 2, register yourself at the registration desk, get your table receipt and the two wristbands, enter the Park, choose your table and start your set up.
Stand set up timings: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Market timings: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
You can leave your stand anytime you are sold out or decide to leave.
Please come early and make sure that your stand is ready by 4:00 pm!
If you arrive after 4:00pm for the set up, it might be difficult to get organized.
SUNSHADE:
Please bring your own umbrella or sunshade.
At some venues the stands are under the trees or we might place some gazebos but we recommend to bring your own sun umbrella or gazebo.
Since the sun hits us at an different angle during the winter month, it makes it appear lower in the sky, so even a gazebo won't help too much.
We want to avoid complaints that why we want all vendors to take their own pre-caution.
